This study tests whether different types of physical activity can help you think more clearly and resist mental tiredness. If you are a healthy adult without any long-term health issues, you may be able to join.

Who can take part

  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.5 and 24.9.
  • You must be free of any long-term health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or asthma.
  • You cannot have any mental health conditions.
  • No cancer or chemotherapy treatment in the last 5 years.
  • You must not smoke or use any tobacco products.
  • Your resting heart rate should be around 60 beats per minute, and your blood pressure must be within a healthy range (systolic 90–139 mmHg, diastolic 50–89 mmHg).
