  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You are physically active (exercise regularly).
  • You are in good general health and have no major medical conditions.
  • You are a university student.
  • You do not have any heart, brain, or muscle/joint problems that might make exercise unsafe.
  • You are not pregnant and do not take medications that affect your thinking or mood.
