Who can take part
- You must have metastatic colorectal cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy or cytology, and your RAS, BRAF, MSI/MMR, and HER2 status must be known.
- You must have already tried or cannot tolerate fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin-, or irinotecan-based chemo and an anti-VEGF drug like bevacizumab.
- If your RAS is normal (wild type), you must have also tried an anti-EGFR drug like cetuximab or panitumumab.
- You must be 22 years or older and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds).
- You must have a tumor that can be seen on a CT, MRI, or PET scan.
