Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to other organs and does not have mutations in the NRAS, KRAS, or BRAF genes.
- You have already been treated with at least two standard chemotherapy regimens (including fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan) and your cancer got worse or you couldn't tolerate the side effects.
- You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your liver, kidney, and blood counts are adequate.
