AI heart ultrasound study for adults ages 18-80

Artificial Intelligence (AI)Artificial Intelligence (AI) in DiagnosisCardiovascular Diseases (CVD)Echocardiography

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study uses artificial intelligence to help evaluate heart ultrasounds. It is testing whether AI can accurately measure heart function in adults with various heart conditions, such as coronary disease, valve problems, high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, or cardiomyopathy.

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You must have a normal heart or one of these conditions: coronary heart disease, valve disease, high blood pressure heart disease, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, dilated cardiomyopathy, or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
  • You cannot have congenital heart disease.
  • Your heart ultrasound images must be clear enough for AI analysis.

AI predicts heart function from ultrasound and body scans

This study uses artificial intelligence to predict how well your heart is pumping by looking at your heart ultrasound results and body composition (like body fat and muscle). The goal is to see if adding body composition data makes the AI predictions more accurate.

AI heart checks for young adults, adults, and pregnant women

This study uses artificial intelligence (AI) to look at heart signals (electrocardiography or ECG) and ultrasound images of the heart to check for heart disease. It aims to better understand heart health in different groups of people.
