Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have gum inflammation around one or more dental implants (diagnosed by bleeding when probed).
  • You do not have bone loss around the implant beyond early changes.
  • You are not a current smoker, and if you quit, it was more than 6 months ago.
  • You have not taken antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs in the last 3 months.
  • You are willing to attend follow-up visits at 1, 3, and 6 months.
