Who can take part
- You are 40 years or older
- You have moderate knee osteoarthritis that your doctor says needs knee replacement surgery
- Your knee pain is moderate to severe and includes night pain, pain at rest, or swelling
- You have tried at least 3 months of treatments like physical therapy, pain relievers, or knee injections without success
- You are able to have an MRI scan and do not have allergies to the dye used for artery imaging
