Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) from a right heart catheterization
- Your symptoms fall into WHO functional class II or III (some limitation in daily activities)
- You are currently on at least 2 PAH medications (or 1 if you cannot take the others) at the same doses for at least 60 days
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control during the study
- You do not have certain other health conditions like severe liver disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or recent heart problems
