Study of EDK060 for adults with CMT1A

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You need a confirmed diagnosis of CMT1A from a genetic test showing a PMP22 gene duplication.
  • You should have some nerve activity in your arm or hand, measured by a nerve test.
  • Your CMT1A symptom score must be between 2 and 20 on a standard scale.
  • You must have weakness in lifting your foot (foot drop) in at least one leg.
  • You cannot be pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant, and you must use effective birth control if you could get pregnant.
