Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 1 and 5 years old.
  • Your child must have a confirmed diagnosis of CD55-deficient CHAPLE disease.
  • Your child must have active CHAPLE disease symptoms (like swelling, stomach problems, or protein loss).
  • You must be willing to bring your child to clinic visits and follow study procedures.
  • Your child must get the full series of meningococcal vaccines as required by the study.
  • Your child cannot have had a meningococcal infection before.
