Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with a low platelet count from immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) that hasn't responded to standard treatments, OR have SLE with active disease despite standard therapy, OR have refractory or relapsed idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM).
- You must not have severe lupus kidney disease, central nervous system problems from lupus, or certain other active medical conditions.
- You must not have had CAR-T therapy, or certain other treatments like rituximab, within specific timeframes before the study.
- You must not have uncontrolled infections, a history of certain cancers within the last 5 years, be pregnant or breastfeeding, or have certain viral infections.
