This trial tests whether a simple pelvic floor exercise, called the Knack, can improve sexual function in women who have mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when you cough, sneeze, or exercise). If you are a woman between 25 and 45, have given birth at least once, and have a less active lifestyle, this study may be for you.

Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 25 and 45 years old.
  • You have mild or moderate stress urinary incontinence (not severe, not other types).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
  • You have given birth to more than one child.
  • You have sexual problems related to your incontinence.
  • You have a sedentary lifestyle (sit most of the day).
