  • You have pain at least once a week for the past three months or longer.
  • You are not taking certain medications that affect your nervous system (like some asthma or heart meds).
  • You do not have a diagnosed heart condition, POTS, Guillain-Barre, or a spinal cord injury.
  • You do not have an active cancer diagnosis.
  • You do not have a condition that makes it hard to understand instructions, like a cognitive delay.
  • You speak English or French.
