Who can take part

  • You have a type of advanced solid tumor (cancer) that has spread or come back, and standard treatments are no longer working or are not right for you.
  • You are fully active or able to do light work (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (at least one measurable tumor).
  • Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood function are within healthy ranges.
  • You have not had certain other cancers in the last 5 years, except for some skin cancers or early-stage cancers that were fully removed.
