Who can take part

  • You have a type of cancer (solid tumor) that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and you have tried standard treatments or they are not right for you.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and it has not been treated recently with radiation or other local therapies.
  • Your blood counts and organ function (like liver and kidneys) are good enough for treatment.
  • You have not had a stem cell or organ transplant, and you are not currently taking high-dose steroids or have uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes.
  • Any brain metastases must be small, treated, stable, and not require steroids or seizure medication.
