Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard therapy or for which no standard treatment is available.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (as defined by the study).
- Your blood counts and organ function are adequate.
- You have completed any previous treatments within the required washout period.
- If you have kidney cancer (clear cell RCC), you must have progressed after prior treatment with an immune checkpoint inhibitor and/or a TKI.
- If you have stomach or esophageal cancer (GC/GEJC), you must have progressed after prior chemotherapy and have a known H. pylori status.
- If you have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), you must have progressed after standard therapy and have no actionable genomic alterations.
