Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and a current university student
  • You have a valid email address and internet access
  • You score above average on a test anxiety questionnaire
  • You score below 15 on a depression screening (PHQ-9)
  • You are not currently seeing a therapist or psychiatrist for any mental health problem
  • You do not have a diagnosed psychiatric disorder
