Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 25 years old
- You wear soft contact lenses or have worn them before
- Your nearsightedness is between -0.50 and -4.50 diopters
- You have not used any myopia control treatment (like special glasses or contact lenses, orthokeratology, or atropine drops) in the last 2 years
- You can avoid caffeine, alcohol, and certain drugs before study visits
- You usually sleep at least 7 hours a night
