- You are a woman between 45 and 70 years old and are in menopause or going through the change.
- You have at least one moderate-to-severe symptom like vaginal dryness, itching, burning, pain during sex, or needing to pee often or urgently.
- You have not used any vaginal moisturizers, lubricants, or hormone treatments in the past month.
- You do not have a current vaginal infection, skin condition, or advanced prolapse.
- You are willing to stop using all vaginal products and hormones during the study.
- You have no history of breast lumps, cancer, or abnormal bleeding, and your liver and kidney function are normal.
