Who can take part

  • You have been through menopause (no period for at least 1 year).
  • You have vaginal dryness or irritation symptoms that bother you.
  • You are not currently using any hormone products, vaginal lubricants, or moisturizers.
  • You have not had cancer of the vulva, vagina, or cervix.
  • You are willing to answer questions about sexual health.
  • You do not have severe urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse (stage 3 or higher).
