Effect of XY0206 on heart rhythm in healthy Chinese volunteers
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests whether a new drug called XY0206 affects the heart's electrical activity (QTc interval). Healthy participants take either XY0206, a placebo, or a control drug to compare effects. It helps ensure the drug is safe for the heart before testing in patients.

This Phase 3 study tests whether XY0206 can work better than standard “salvage” chemotherapy in adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has come back or did not respond to prior treatment. It targets AML with a specific genetic change (FLT3-ITD) and aims to improve outcomes when standard options are limited.
This study tests whether a new experimental medication called HDM1002 affects how your heart beats in a healthy population. Researchers want to make sure the drug is safe before testing it in patients with actual medical conditions.
This trial tests how a new oral medication affects the heart's electrical activity. It is for healthy volunteers aged 18 to 45 to help ensure the drug is safe before testing in patients.
This study tests whether a single dose of the drug JMKX001899 affects the heart's electrical activity (QTc interval) in healthy adults. It helps researchers understand the drug's safety before moving to larger studies.
This study tests a single oral dose of a new medicine (MY008211A) to see how it affects the heart's electrical activity (QT interval) in healthy volunteers. It is a Phase 1 trial to check for safety before moving to larger studies.
This trial tests whether a new drug, JMKX003142, affects the heart's electrical activity (QTc interval) in healthy volunteers. It helps determine if the drug is safe for the heart before testing in patients.
