Who can take part
- Aged 18–45 years old
- Weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women) with a BMI between 19 and 26
- Good general health, with normal heart, lung, and blood tests
- No history of heart problems, long QT syndrome, or fainting
- No use of prescription or over-the-counter drugs for 4 weeks before study
- No prior allergic reactions to XY0206, moxifloxacin, or fluoroquinolones
