  • Be between 18 and 45 years old
  • Weigh at least 50 kg (about 110 lbs) with a BMI between 19.0 and 28.0
  • Be in generally good health with no major medical conditions affecting your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or nervous system
  • Have no personal or family history of thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2)
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Not have had recent major surgery, blood donation, or significant blood loss in the past 3–4 weeks
