- You identify as Hispanic or Latino(a)
- You are between 50 and 77 years old
- You are a current or former smoker (if you quit, it must be within the last 15 years)

- You have not coughed up blood in the last two weeks
- You are scheduled for a regular check-up at one of the participating clinics
