Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have a brain injury that happened at least 9 months ago.
- You can walk with or without help (like a cane or someone nearby for balance) or stand up from a chair with minimal support, or sit steadily in a chair or wheelchair and lift an arm or leg with little help.
- You currently exercise less than 60 minutes per week.
- You can follow simple instructions, and your doctor says it's safe for you to do moderate exercise.
- You do not currently attend physical therapy or a structured exercise class more than once a week.
