Study of nivolumab and chemo before surgery for lung cancer

Non Small Cell Lung Cancer NSCLC

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial looks at real-world outcomes in Taiwan for people with resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who get nivolumab combined with chemotherapy before surgery. It aims to understand how well this treatment works and how safe it is.

NCT06667154Recruiting· Phase 2
Low-dose nivolumab plus chemo for early lung cancer

This trial tests a lower dose of the immunotherapy drug nivolumab (Opdivo) combined with standard chemotherapy before surgery for patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The goal is to see if this combination shrinks the tumor and improves outcomes with fewer side effects.

Study of nivolumab with chemo before lung cancer surgery

This study looks at how well the immunotherapy drug nivolumab (Opdivo) works when given with standard chemotherapy before surgery for people with a certain type of lung cancer that has not spread. It may help shrink the tumor before surgery.

NCT06800339Recruiting· Phase 1
Immunotherapy and radiation before surgery for lung cancer

This trial tests combining chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and a low dose of radiation before surgery for people with non-small cell lung cancer that is borderline resectable (can potentially be removed but is close to nearby structures). It aims to see if this approach can shrink the tumor enough to allow successful surgery.

Lung cancer surgery study testing chemo-immunotherapy first

This trial tests whether giving chemotherapy plus immunotherapy before surgery helps people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer. It aims to see if this approach can shrink tumors and make surgery more effective.
