Fruquintinib plus chemo vs chemo for first-line advanced endometrial cancer

Endometrial Cancer

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial tests whether adding a targeted therapy called fruquintinib (a type of anti-angiogenesis drug) to standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) is more effective than chemotherapy alone for advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer that is not dMMR. If you haven't had prior systemic therapy for advanced disease and your tumor is pMMR, this could be an option.

Anlotinib plus immunotherapy for advanced endometrial cancer

This trial tests a combination of two investigational drugs—anlotinib (a capsule that blocks blood supply to tumors) and TQB2450 (an immunotherapy that helps your immune system attack cancer cells)—for people with recurrent or metastatic endometrial cancer that has not responded to previous platinum-based chemotherapy. Fruquintinib plus immunotherapy and chemo for first-line advanced stomach cancer

This trial tests a combination of an oral targeted therapy (fruquintinib), an immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor), and chemotherapy (FOLFOX) as the first treatment for advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
