Who can take part

  • You are pregnant (at about 28 weeks along) or you are exclusively breastfeeding a baby under 1 month old.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You regularly drink milk.
  • You do not have a condition that affects nutrient absorption (like celiac or Crohn's disease).
  • You have not had a multiple pregnancy (twins or more).
