  • You plan to exclusively breastfeed your baby for at least 3 months
  • You have a metabolic condition (like obesity or diabetes) being studied
  • You do not have other serious health issues (like high blood pressure or thyroid problems)
  • You do not use drugs or alcohol, have mastitis, or are tandem nursing
