Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have low back pain (any amount of pain, more than 0 on a scale from 0 to 10)
  • You speak German, French, or English
  • You own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with built-in motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope)
  • You do not have a specific cause for your back pain (like a fracture, tumor, or nerve problem called radiculopathy)
  • You have not had spinal fusion surgery
  • You do not have other medical conditions that affect your movement or safety (like Parkinson's disease, stroke, or fall risk)
