Who can take part

  • You have symptoms from a musculoskeletal condition (like a joint, muscle, or bone problem).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 35.
  • You own a smartphone (Android or iOS) and are comfortable using apps.
  • You do not have other causes of pain in the same joint (like rheumatoid arthritis).
  • You have had no surgery on the affected joint in the last year, and no injections in the last 6 months.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have planned surgery in the next 2 months.
