Imaging test for a brain tumor before surgery

Who can take part

  • You have a brain tumor that doctors think is a craniopharyngioma, or it has been confirmed by a biopsy
  • You are scheduled to have surgery to remove the tumor
  • You are generally in good health, able to care for yourself and do daily activities
  • You do not have other serious brain conditions like a stroke or Parkinson's
  • Your liver and kidneys are working well enough
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
