Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have a pituitary tumor that came back within 6 months after surgery and cannot be controlled with standard treatments or radiation.
- Your previous tumor had a Ki-67 index of 3% or higher (a measure of how fast the tumor grows).
- You have at least one tumor spot that can be seen on scans and could be removed, and you can lie still for 30-60 minutes for a PET scan.
- You do not take high-dose riboflavin (vitamin B2) supplements before the scan and you stay hydrated.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you have no severe allergies to the imaging agent.
