  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been strength training with heavy weights (more than 75% of your max) for at least 6 months.
  • You are physically active (according to the IPAQ).
  • You have not had a muscle, bone, or joint injury in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had major surgery in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have any medical condition that makes exercise unsafe (as checked by the PAR-Q+).
