Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old
  • Your BMI (body weight relative to height) is between 25 and 35
  • You are healthy enough to safely do intense exercise, or have medical clearance from your doctor if your BMI is over 30
  • You can commit to completing the full training program
  • You do not have heart disease, diabetes, lung disease, or other chronic conditions
  • You are not pregnant
