Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced solid cancer that has not responded to standard treatments or is no longer controlled by them.
- You have at least one tumor that is at least 1.5 cm (about half an inch) and can be safely injected with a needle.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1) and your doctor expects you to live at least 6 more months.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function must be within certain safe limits. You also need a negative pregnancy test if you could become pregnant.
