Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced cancer (solid tumor) that has spread or is hard to treat, like melanoma, head and neck cancer, cervical cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, or others.
- You have already tried at least two standard treatments, and your cancer has grown despite them.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan and at least one tumor that can be injected directly (either on the skin or deep inside, guided by imaging).
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0-1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You have not had cancer treatment in the past 4 weeks, and you don't have active brain metastases (or they are stable).
