Who can take part
- You are between 21 and 45 years old.
- You have a pituitary tumor and are scheduled for endoscopic hypophysectomy (nose surgery to remove the tumor).
- You are in good health overall (ASA physical status I or II, meaning no serious medical conditions).
- You are not on blood thinners or NSAID pain relievers (like ibuprofen or aspirin).
- You do not have liver or kidney disease, bleeding problems, uncontrolled blood pressure or heart rate, or increased brain pressure.
