Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with active IgG4-related disease by a special committee.
- Your disease must be active in at least one organ (like the pancreas, kidneys, or salivary glands) within the last month.
- You must be taking a stable dose of steroids for at least 2 weeks and be willing to slowly stop them during the study.
- You cannot have certain other conditions like retroperitoneal fibrosis (scarring in the abdomen) or a history of cancer in the last 5 years.
- You must be up to date on your vaccines, and cannot have had a live vaccine within 30 days of starting the study.
