  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are scheduled for planned (not emergency) orthopedic surgery at Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital
  • You are fluent in Setswana
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition that would interfere with participation
  • You do not have a life-threatening complication after surgery
