  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You are scheduled for planned (non-emergency) heart surgery such as bypass, valve replacement, or aorta surgery
  • You are able to read and understand Turkish and complete a short questionnaire
  • You are willing to provide written consent to participate
  • You do not have severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric conditions that would prevent you from answering questions
