Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are at least 20 weeks pregnant.
- Your height is at least 150 cm (about 4'11").
- You plan to stay in the study area for the next 3 years.
- Your upper arm measurement (MUAC) is 23 cm or less (for the malnutrition group) or between 25 and 35 cm (for the healthy nutrition group).
- You are willing to follow all study procedures.
