- You have a hearing or mobility disability (self-reported).
- You are 22 years or older.
- You have depression that is diagnosed by a doctor and scored at least 17 on a depression questionnaire.
- You are willing to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access for the weekly program.
- Your depression medication or therapy has been stable for at least 30 days before joining.
- You live in the United States and speak English fluently.
