Who can take part

  • You must have advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (a type of kidney cancer).
  • Your cancer must have been confirmed by a biopsy (tissue sample).
  • Depending on the study part, you must have had a certain number of prior treatments, including immunotherapy and/or targeted therapy.
  • You must be able to take oral medication without chewing, breaking, or crushing it.
  • You must not have low oxygen levels at rest (pulse oximeter reading less than 92%).
  • You must not have had certain growth factor injections within 28 days before starting the study drug.
