Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a confirmed advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
- Your tumor type must be one of: clear-cell kidney cancer, clear-cell ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, or pancreatic cancer.
- If you have a KRAS G12C mutation, you may qualify for certain parts of the study.
- You must be able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
