Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 80 years old.
  • You have a COPD diagnosis confirmed by a lung function test.
  • You have not had a COPD flare-up in the last 4 weeks.
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with internet access.
  • You feel moderate stress (score 14 or more on a stress questionnaire).
  • You can read and communicate in Chinese.
