Who can take part

  • You must have a solid tumor cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer must have a specific gene change called MET amplification, confirmed by a genetic test.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your tumor must be measurable on scans like CT or MRI.
  • You must have already tried at least one standard treatment for your cancer type.
  • If cancer has spread to the brain, it must be stable or not causing symptoms.
