Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • You have received one prior targeted therapy (a third-generation EGFR TKI) and your cancer has progressed on or after that treatment.
  • You are able to provide a recent or archived tumor sample for testing.
  • You have a performance status of 0 or 1 (fully active or able to do light work).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor that has not been previously treated with radiation.
