  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You do not exercise regularly right now.
  • This is your first time taking isotretinoin (a medicine for acne).
  • You do not have a diagnosed rheumatologic disease (like arthritis), neurological disease (like multiple sclerosis), or psychiatric illness (like depression).
  • You do not have a physical disability that prevents you from exercising.
