Gene study of cumulus cells in CAPA-IVM for PCOS patients

PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)Cumulus CellCapacitation IVMTranscriptomic Profiling

Part of Cancer, Hormones & metabolism, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This study looks at gene activity in cumulus cells (cells that surround the egg) during a special type of in vitro maturation (CAPA-IVM) for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It may help doctors better understand how to improve this treatment for women with PCOS.

Super-GDF9 for egg maturation in women with PCOS

This study tests a protein called Super-GDF9 added to the lab process of maturing eggs from very small follicles. It may help women with PCOS produce more usable eggs for in vitro fertilization (IVF).

IVM vs IVF for women with PCOS

This trial compares two fertility treatments for women with PCOS: in vitro maturation (IVM) with fresh embryo transfer versus standard IVF with frozen embryo transfer. It aims to find which approach leads to better outcomes.
