- You also have mild to moderate anxiety or depression.
- You have tried other treatments (like therapy, painkillers, or antidepressants) for at least 6 months without enough relief.
- You can attend in-person sessions and understand English.
- You do not have certain other conditions like epilepsy, severe motion sickness, or implanted devices (such as a pacemaker).
