- You are a veteran
- You are 30 years old or older
- You have had muscle or joint pain for more than 6 months
- You have been diagnosed with PTSD or have high PTSD symptoms
- You speak English or French
- You do not have bipolar disorder, psychosis, nerve pain, vision problems, epilepsy, or motion sickness
